These guys are well worth their fee. Turned up on time and considered the neighbours too in order not to block anyone in on their way to work. Loaded my daughter’s items with great care and attention in a couple of hours. Didn’t stand about chatting then off they went to the new property to look at parking and unloading options. Once keys were released they then unloaded and positioned her items as she directed and reassembled any items for her. Another couple of hours and she was all done. No hassle, no neighbour issues at either end of the move, nothing damaged or broken. These guys were fantastic from start to finish and without doubt a 5 star outfit well done Carryall my son will soon be your next customer without fail. ~ kevin t

I am not one to write reviews given that you are never sure whether reviews left are genuine or not. However, for Carryall, the reviews all are unique and specific to the each individual. I only looked at the reviews post instructing them as I didn't think. They were the first ones I had contacted and did contact others to compare but always intended to go with them after the first meeting with Toby and Elliott. They came across as decent people with no hard sell and told you as it is. The service has been spot on and even though I have been a pain to them, they have managed the move to storage for me seamlessly and carried out additional drops to family. If you need goods rearranging to storage, Toby is the man. I am happy to recommend these guys and happy to vouch for them. Many thanks to Carryall. ~ j j

We used this company for a medium - large office move over two dates. The initial meeting consisted of a well thought out plan of action for us, who had never moved offices before. A fair and very competitive quote was sent within 24 hours which is great when comparing and ultimately requested approval from Directors. Both dates of moving were carried out efficiently, the communication throughout was great as we did not have the second date for a few weeks however the staff ensured they were available at all times. I would highly recommend this company for any move and would like to thank you all for a stress free move. We will most definitely keep you in mind in the future for both business and domestic jobs. After a local man with a van let us down at the last minute, Billy and Toby from Carryall Removals came to the rescue with hardly any notice. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, calm, and completely professional, which instantly took the stress out of moving day. Had Toby and Jack help me move out my belongings from my old house in Wolverhampton to my new house in Birmingham. They told me in advance what time to expect them and they arrived in the time period they said they would. They promptly asked what needed moving and got to work straight away. They moved everything quickly and efficiently. Even when one of bags split they quickly replaced the bag with one of the cardboard boxes they had brought with them. Toby and Jack allowed me to get in the van with them as they drove me and my stuff to the new house. When we arrived they again quickly got to work and unloaded everything fast and efficiently. They were happy to do everything themselves even though I offered to help. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to move house in the West Midlands. ~ Luis G

Fantastic company and great removals chaps. It was a big move which required packing stuff from two different buildings and taking it to three different places. They came by before moving day to give us a quote based on how much stuff we had which was very helpful. On the day the chaps wizzed around labelling everything, decided how it would be most efficient to pack everything for the three different places and did it in record time and without any stress on our part. Their ability to squeeze everything into a tight space was impressive and on top of that they did it with great care for our belongings, covering furniture in blankets to make sure nothing got damaged. All four of the removals guys were also extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I'm not sure how they compare in price to other companies but I could not recommed this one more! Will absolutely use them again if i ever need to move stuff again. ~ Joe W

I would recommend carry all (Elliot and the team) to anyone who needs removals. They made everything so stress free. Brilliant service. Helped me last minute with some large furniture items when my other transport didn't work out. Very efficient, friendly and reasonable. Would highly recommend! Update: I was arranging for Toby to help collect some more furniture for me when his partner went into labour. Rather than just cancel, which would have been totally understandable, Toby contacted a friend of his to help instead, and they did it for the same price. Outstanding service from Carryall again! Great communication, very efficient despite the temperatature of 33 degrees, I was very impressed that they managed to move my 5ft glass fish tank and when they realised they couldn't manage to move, help was called in, when dad arrived, between them they managed to move it which impressed me as I hoped it would get to its new home on one piece, I wouldn't of been shocked if it didn't but it got there in one piece ! The price was great got the quality of service that i received was amazing in every way! I highly recommend them ! ~ Ambrosia

What a godsend these guys were !!! Had bought some furniture from a local charity shop and they were the company they used to deliver, we had a house clearance after a bereavement, and we asked if they could help. Not only were we quoted a great price but the guys were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. What a fantastic team Elliott And Toby are, definitely 5 star Our move from Stourbridge to the Isle of Wight went absolutely brilliantly. A very competitive quote, supplied and extra wrapped fragile items. Collected our goods and kept overnight and delivered to our new home the next day. These guys were absolutely incredible today. * Turned up when they said they would. * Found our house in a rural area with no proper street address with absolutely no fuss or drama. * Moved everything with respect for the property and the stuff they were moving. * Were courteous and polite. Elliot and the team did a fantastic job helping me move house today. Great communication and reliability from start to finish. The team were nothing short of brilliant. We had such a hard time with moving, it was on and off, right up until an hour before we actually got the exchange and notice to complete (same day) and they were there on the other end of the phone and arrived ready to go with no notice and no upfront fees.
